The Hold Me Tight Program is an educational group program for couples. It provides them the tools and the opportunity to practice essential conversations that “foster a lifetime of love”.
This program is based on world renowned couple therapist Dr. Sue Johnson’s Emotionally Focused Therapy. Hold Me Tight has helped thousands of couples build long lasting love relationships by creating connections and strengthening attachment bonds.
The group meets for two hours and lasts for eight weeks.
